The main activity of the company is the trade and distribution of medical and optical products. From 1999 to 2007, it was the official distributor of Cordis® by Johnson & Johnson in the region of Attica, supplying medical technology products to private clinics and public hospitals. Additionally, from 2000 to 2010, it was the official distributor of ACUVUE® contact lenses from the Vision Care division of Johnson & Johnson.

In 2011, the company undertakes the official distribution of ACUVUE® contact lenses from the Vision Care division of Johnson & Johnson for the entire Greece.
In 2012, the company is transformed into a private company with the distinctive name Trust Ramma S.A.
The company's primary goal throughout all these years remains the continuous improvement of the provided services and the satisfaction of its customers. The company implements the globally accepted quality assurance system ISO 9001:2008 in all internal processes.
